Tibetan singing bowls

During a wonderful visit to the cultural center of Alexandra David Neel at Digne , in 2006, we bought cymbals and a Tibetan bowl.
After several months of practice, this is the first title that I use sounds of bowl and cymbals, backed by deep pools.

This title is an exercise of harmonization by the sounds based on sounds bewitching Tibetan singing bowls.
The harmonization by the sounds, what is it?
It is a new method for balancing energy inspired by traditional and experimental sciences. It appeals to the natural musicality of the instruments harmonics to "give" the various plans to be.

What are the effects?
Carefully chosen , sounds purify and regenerate the body physicaly and mentaly.
The fair issuance of the notes, in the right place, as well as immersion in different sound bath "call into shape" literally and figuratively, because the body  is essentially vibration. The detection and neutralization potential of their sources correct many disorders. Energy flow  and connection to Cosmos are restored, promoting physical, expressive, and scalable health.
